I recently read an article about how Verizon is losing their touch. I personally wanted a Verizon phone but after hearing about several malfunctions, some happening three weeks constantly, I have swayed a little. They need to get back on the ball and fix this problem. Can you hear me now when I say you will suffer greatly from this. But the new year is near and there is a chance you can redeem yourself.
